FKNRAD Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at FKNRAD by RAD Clothing LLC. We appreciate your business and aim to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this returns policy carefully and understand its contents before you initiate any returns. By purchasing from our store, you agree to this returns policy.

1. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

b. The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

c. The item must not be a sale item, customized product, or digital download; these are all final sales and cannot be returned.

2. Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at info@fknrad.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

b. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

c. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item and include a note with your order number, RMA number, and the reason for the return.

d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

e. Once we receive the returned item and look it over, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, as specified by your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product due to a defect or damage, please follow the above return process. If the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product of equal or lesser value, free of charge. In addition, we will refund you if the product you requested is out of stock.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exceptions

Some items are exempt from being returned. These include:

a. Gift cards b. Downloadable software products c. Some health and personal care items

No waiver by FKNRAD by RAD CLOTHING LLC of any provision of this returns policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and the failure of FKNRAD by RAD CLOTHING LLC to assert any right or provision under this policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
